Troubleshooting common issues
The traps aren't attracting fruit flies. What's wrong?
Check that the trap is properly activated and placed in an area with fruit fly activity. Avoid placing near strong competing odors. If the issue persists, contact support for a replacement.
I'm still seeing fruit flies after using the traps.
It can take 2-3 days for complete elimination. Make sure you're using enough traps and they're properly placed. You may need to identify and eliminate breeding sources like overripe fruit or standing water.
Can I use NoBuzz traps for other flying insects?

The trap seems to have dried out. Is it still effective?
